After graduating with honors from a French culinary school, I cumulated 17 years of experience as Chef and restaurant Pastry Chef. From Michelin stars restaurants to Private Club, I learned a lot and over the years found my voice. Cooking became my language. Vegan for more than 10 years now, I see vegan cuisine as a brand new world waiting to be explored. I love nature and outdoor activities. I find inspiration in my travel adventures. Climbing is my thing, this is how I meditate. Experiencing full body and mind connection to reset after a difficult day.

My atypical background is my strength. I love learning, studied law, sociology, history, etc. but my passion was (and still is) Philosophy. I obtained a Bachelor's (Master's) degree in Philosophy in Paris X and developed a career in the tech industry where I fell in love with the startup environment. I like being busy and maxing out. Since I’m 16 yo, I worked, done many different types of jobs, and learned a lot. Customer care and trust & safety are my things, I discovered a true passion for product management and data privacy. On a personal note, music is my everything, I’m an old soul, and going to concerts and festivals is what makes me happy.
